In this role I taught higher grade students to English, prepared for IELTS and concentrated more on speaking skills and writing academic essays. Working tirelessly to teach effectively to increase students' English level and ensure getting higher scores in IELTS.

In this role I trained groups of teachers to the programme of Nazarbayev Intellectual school as the programme of these schools are being implemented to the secondary schools all over my country. As part of my training sessions was to develop teachers' lesson planning, formative, summative assessments and methodology of teaching English within the standards of Nazarbayev Intellectual schools.

Microsoft in Education Expert, Global Educator Exchange Forum (Budapest, Hungary, 2016)
I won a competition twice to participate in Global Educator Exchange Forum organised by Microsoft in Budapest and. I worked in a group of expert teachers from Germany, Malaysia, Kosovo, Jamaica and Great Britain over a project using Microsoft Office Sway.

As being diligent and hard-working trainer I prepared English teachers hard in passing their final exams. I trained three groups of English teachers who all passed their final exams. For being diligent and showing good results in training teachers I was awarded with "Letter of thanks" from the Centre for Pedagogical Excellence.

Microsoft in Education Expert, Global Educator Exchange Forum (Paris, France, 2019)
I won a contest among teachers from Kazakhstan to participate in Education Exchange (E2) Global Forum organized by Microsoft in Education organization. At this event we learned different Microsoft tools and applications to better use at our subjects.
