Silk Road Resources is a team of professionals in the field of investments and subsoil use. We are engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of copper ores, implementing large-scale projects in Kazakhstan’s mining industry.

We are looking for a Junior Geologist who will accompany the CTO (Chief Technical Officer) on business trips, participate in field geological work, provide support in operational tasks, and grow as an engineer within a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Participation in fieldwork at deposits (accompanying the CTO);

• Collection, processing, and analysis of geological data;

• Working with geological software (Surpac, Leapfrog, Datamine, etc.);

• Documentation and communication support between departments;

• Assistance with the CTO’s daily technical tasks.

Requirements

• Higher education or current Master’s degree studies in Geology;

• Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian (English at a working level);

• Responsibility, initiative, willingness to learn and develop.

Conditions

• Business trips lasting 2–5 days;
